Memory GardenA garden cut from paper.
Memory Garden rebuilds your home in layered paper shapes: precisely cut, standing one in front of another, with papier mache colour, embossed botanical marks and soft shadow. Around it grows a garden of abstract leaves, a curved pathway and a sun disc, exuberant at the edges of the panel and quiet where it meets the house.
The building itself is the top layer. Every window, door and roof edge stays readable, because a portrait that buries the house under decoration is not a portrait of your house. Low planting crosses the foot of a wall the way real planting does, and nothing more.
It is the most joyful thing we make. Families choose it for the house the children grew up in, because it looks the way those years felt.
