Three phones showing the HELD journey: the photograph, choosing an edition, and the finished portrait.

01The photograph

Start with the photographalready on your phone.

No studio shoot is needed. Cars, bins, grey weather and neighbouring homes are completely normal. Use the clearest photograph you have and try to include the complete roofline.

JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC · Up to 25MB

02The property

Tell us exactlywhich home is yours.

We outline the complete property before the portrait begins: the main building, connected extensions, bays, roofline, chimney, garage and porch. If anything is missing, you can correct it first.

Your architecture is confirmed before generation starts.

03The edition

Choose how you wantthe place remembered.

Explore fifteen art editions or begin with a recommendation. The materials, colour and atmosphere can change; the defining architecture of your home cannot.

Try different editions before choosing a finished piece.

04The making

Watch your portraittake shape.

The private studio view reports real progress while the property is interpreted, the architecture is preserved and your chosen edition is created. Every portrait is then measured against your photograph before it reaches you, and one that has not held the shape of your home is made again instead of being shown to you. Most finish in five to ten minutes; one that has to be made twice takes a little longer.

Checked before you ever see it, and made again at no cost if it fails.

05The reveal

See the finished artworkbefore you spend anything.

Unlock the private reveal with your email. Compare the portrait against your original photograph, try another edition if you want to, then choose a fine-art print, frame, Deep Box, canvas or acrylic only if you love it.

06The last gate

A person checksevery paid order.

Before a piece is released to print, a person compares the artwork against your photograph and checks the building, the crop, the resolution, the inscription and the finish you chose. If it is not good enough, it does not go out.

Technology creates the speed. Human judgement remains the final gate.

Clear beats perfect.

A useful source photograph shows enough of the building for us to understand the architecture. It does not need beautiful weather or an empty driveway.

Do

Include the complete roofline and as much of the ground floor as possible.

Do

Upload the original file rather than a screenshot if you have it.

Do not worry

Cars, bins, road, fences, wires and neighbouring homes are expected.

Avoid

Night photographs, extreme angles and images where a tree covers most of the facade.
